Calvary greets my beloved in CHRIST JESUS.It has been quite sometime now.I want to beleive the LORD JESUS is showering His grace for spiritual growth and development on us all.Let us to look at something critical today-OUR JOURNEY TO ETERNITY.I have been bothered for quite sometime now about the state of christianity these days.If we really want to make heaven,our spiritual temperature must rise to an all time high.The bible says GOD is a consuming fire.We are also told in AMOS 3:3 that two can not walk together except they agree.If we must get to heaven,there is no other way than to walk with the father who alone knows the way.This implies that we must agree with Him in all our ways.The image of the invisible father ought to be seen visibly in us as we walk with him.Hence, there is the need for us to also be carriers of His fire.It is written that He maketh his angels spirits and His ministers flames of fire.It is this fire that is lacking in the lives of christians who seek to make heaven.
Fire from the throne of God does not just fall on anyone.There are selected vessels that are meant to carry this fire.Although,it is the heart desire of the living God for all His children to be carriers of this fire,but then His standard must be maintained.ISAIAH59:19 says-for so shall they fear the name of the LORD from the west,and His glory from the rising of the sun.When the enemy shall come in,like a flood the Spirit of the Lord will raise up a standard agaianst him.It is only those who can maintain this standard of God that will end up being overcomers in these evil days.Herein lies the problem,it is only by the HOLYSPIRIT of God that a man can acheive and maintain this standard.
But then the SPIRIT of GOD cries everyday for His children to walk with Him so as to achieve and maintain the standard.But we keep saying we will not-jeremiah6:16. Instead of submitting unto God and then resist the devil,we submit to the devil and resist the SPIRIT of God.The bible says the carnal mind can not please God.To be carnally minded is death,but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.Living a carnal life means submitting to the devil and resisting God.It is not just enough to be bornagain.We must constantly seek spiritual growth so as to overcome our carnal nature.Our carnal narure is the nature of the devil we all acquired through the fall of adam.Even as a bornagain child of God,the carnal nature still remains until we crucify it.It has to been crucified on a daily bases for us to effectively walk with the Lord.The Lord JESUS said if anyman must come after me,let him deny himself daily(carnal nature) take up his cross and follow me.A deep thought about this statement shows that a lot of christians though bornagain are not following the Lord.As long as your carnal nature is still alive and active,you can not enter the kingdom of God.
John3:3 says verily verily I say unto you,except a man be bornagain,he can not see the kingdom of God.Which means many are seeing GODS kingdom because they are boragain.But they are still outside.Verse 5 of this same chapter goes to tell us that except a man be born of water and spirit(crucified with CHRIST),he can not enter the kingdom of God.Being bornagain accounts for just about 5% of our journey to eternity.The remaining 95% can only be achieve when we walk with the SPIRIT of God,agreeing with Him in all our ways.This is only how He can get so close to us to seperate the shaft(carnal nature) from the wheat(will of GOD) and burn the shaft with unquenchable fire.This unquenchable fire needs to ever burn increasingly in our soul and never go out(leveticus 6:16).How then can we make heaven when we are not walking with the SPIRIT of the living GOD? How can we walk with Him when we are carnally minded?Why wont the carnal nature remain when there is no fire upon the alter of our live?
All activities we do for God carnally are like the sacrifice offered by cain that was not accepted by God.WE MUST BE ON FIRE FOR GOD.The power of God to rise above the works of the flesh must be effectively working in us.There must be revival in us if we must stand the storms to come.Why will things like anger,lust,lies,malice,theft,evil cratiness,unforgiveness still be found in the body of CHRIST? Is this what the Lord Jesus died for? Cant we see that we can not make heaven like this? Something needs to happen. Our oldman(carnal nature) needs to die.Our prayers should be-OH LORD,LET ME DIE.That is-let my carnal nature die.The SPIRIT of God is finding it hard to penetrate the hearts of His beloved children.How then can He work upon us to make us qualified vessels to carry His HOLY FIRE?
There is no more time.We need to cry to the Lord with a sincere heart to crucify us.WE NEED THE FIRE.It is time go to our personal golgotha and ask the LORD JESUS Himself to crucify us.Purity and power ought to be our priority.The fire of God must fall upon us like in the days of old.We can not aford to joke with our eternity.We must be more serious with God.LET HE THAT HAS AN EAR HEAR WHAT THE SPIRIT OF GOD IS SAYING TO HIS BELOVED CHURCH.Just incase you have not yet surrendered your life to the Lord JESUS CHRIST, you can not get any fire until you are washed in the blood of Jesus.The first step is to go to God in prayers,acknowledging your sins and decide to fosake them.If you say a prayer of repentance with a sincere heart,you will be saved as long as you remain in the grace of God that has brougth salvation.You can say a prayer like this-Lord Jesus,I know I am a sinner.I come before you to asking for forgiveness.Save my soul and help me grow into your fullness.Thank you father for saving me.If you just said this prayers,i will like to hear from
